"Odd Design"
The process of ordering and getting the bag was smooth, but the design is a bit off. The shoulder straps are positioned too closely, causing the bag to hang awkwardly instead of resting snugly against the back. Plus, I haven't received any info on returns, and it's been nearly a week without a response from customer service.
